QA Specialist LATAM

We are looking for a Quality enthusiast with specific expertise in Argentina and Uruguay processes to ensure our LATAM operations remain best-in-class.

What you’ll do:

• Work alongside with the Training Department to detect any potential gaps and create action plans.

• Provide Coaching & feedback to agents on a regular basis.

• Complete the sampling quota established by the QA Supervisor.

• Create Quality reports and analyze the results to provide process insight.

What experience you need to be eligible:

• Minimum 1 year of Knowledge on LATAM processes: Argentina.

• Must be meeting all operational metrics. 

• Have no disciplinary actions in the last 3 months.

• High School Diploma completed.

What could set you apart:

• Kowledge in: Uruguay.

• Previous experience as a Quality agent.

• Knowledge on Genesys, Verint, Tableau, TimeTracker.

• Certification on process improvements or Quality.
