QA Engineer (World of Warships)

Job Overview

Wargaming is looking for а QA Engineer (Web Team) to work on World of Warships in our brand-new Belgrade office.

Web Team is responsible for web servers at all stages of their life cycle.

World of Warships is the best naval game around, letting you take the command of legendary warships from the period of the 20th century as you battle your way across the open sea with other players.

Reports to

QA Team Lead

What will you do?

• Creating and maintaining test documentation in actual

• Conducting functional, integration, and regression testing of the web services

• Frontend testing (70%) and testing of the internal logic of web services (30%)

• Participation in releases of the game and web services

• Participation in planning new functionality for the project, analysis of new documentation, and interaction with the development team, analysts, and architects

• Keeping up-to-date web services on test benches

• Work with configuration files of web services

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of experience in web testing

• Knowledge of testing methods and techniques

• Experience with bug-tracking systems

• Experience in developing test scenarios (test cases and checklists)

• Knowledge of SQL at the level of basic database queries and data sampling (Postgre SQL)

• Experience with version control systems (Git/SVN)

• Experience with Testrail, Allure, or others

• Knowledge of JSON and XML

• Understanding of REST, HTTP/S, working with API

• Intermediate English level or higher

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience with Figma

• Basic knowledge of Python

• Advanced Russian

Work mode

Onsite during probation period and hybrid mode after probation period (3 days from office during work week).
