For a growing PwC document automation team based in Prague, Czech Republic, we are looking for a QA Engineer who is detail-oriented and passionate about quality assurance.  
 

You will play a key role in validating document automation no code application, identifying issues, and ensuring the reliability of our test strategy. About the Team   

Our team has been the driving force for innovation in the area of document automation within the PwC Network. The team operates a document automation platform that is being used in over 50 countries, will soon provide the services to the whole PwC Network globally and expand to external markets. Our team provides a broad range of services, such as solution design, software implementation, software development and integrations, application management and maintenance, robotic process automation or data analytics. About the Manager 

Jakub is a Manager in the Document Automation team at PwC, based in Prague. He specializes in optimizing document automation testing, implementing smart automation solutions that enhance efficiency and compliance across client deliverables. His role involves leading projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality output through innovative use of technology. 

Outside of work, Jakub is passionate about motorcycles and enjoys the freedom of riding. He’s also an active participant in various sports, appreciating the team spirit and energy they bring. A lover of culture, Jakub frequently attends concerts, exhibitions, and other cultural events, finding inspiration and balance in the arts. 

Job Description & Summary  

  • Acquaintance with the specification/list of requirements.  

  • Preparation of user high-level test cases and detailed test cases and analysis of labor estimation.  

  • Revision of detailed test cases.  

  • Synchronization with other testers.  

  • Test execution - manual test execution and evaluation.  

  • Defect logging.  

  • Tracking the status of defects. 

  • Preparation of test data.  

  • Preparation of documents for the creation of training materials/procedures. 

Requirements of the Role  

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester/Test Analyst. 

  • Knowledge of Tracking tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, Azure DevOps) 

  • Knowledge of Test Execution tools (Azure DevOps or similar)  

  • Proven experience in Software Testing.  

  • Fast learning skill.  

  • Excellent communication skills.  

  • Attention to detail.  

  • Czech and English language - both spoken and written
