Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will help quality assurance efforts across multiple projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies, implement automated and manual testing processes, and drive continuous improvement in our QA practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases (manual and automated).
• Help the QA process for complex features and projects from planning to release.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using tools such as PractiTest and Zephyr.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing and quality assurance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a senior role.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
