Role overview

We are looking for an experienced, energetic specialist for the role of QA Engineer in our Salesforce.com Product and DevOps Team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting both manual and automation testing of features for the Consumer Relations Management System, Sprinklr, and other applications designed for the Consumer Healthcare business.

QA Engineer will work with Salesforce consultants, customers, and technical teams to create unique customer solutions leveraging the full power of the available tech stack, mostly focused on Salesforce Service Cloud and its integrated applications.

This role is part of the Engineering Team, working hand in hand with Product Team to implement modern solutions in Agile & DevOps organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality is built into the development of all solutions at every stage of the lifecycle

  • Manage all areas of Quality Assurance, including processes, test plan and test case creation, bug tracking lifecycle, and functional testing

  • Perform manual and automated tests as needed, depending on project phase and requirements

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using modern AI-driven tools and technologies

  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for seamless test integration and deployment

  • Create and maintain test data, scenarios, cases, and scripts, ensuring scalability and reliability

  • Perform different types and levels of testing (unit, integration, system, regression)

  • Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and ensure quality across the software development lifecycle

  • Explore and adopt new testing approaches, including AI-driven automation techniques, to improve efficiency and coverage

  • Provide functional testing support for Salesforce applications

  • Document test strategies, plans, and results, ensuring compliance with quality standards

Qualifications & Skills

Essential

  • +3 years of professional experience in Test Automation or /and QA roles

  • Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end test automation and defect management using tools such as Selenium, SOAPUI, HP ALM, Jira Xray, Azure DevOps

  • Strong proficiency in Selenium (WebDriver) with Java and solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles

  • Expertise in designing and developing modular automation frameworks

  • Experience in test data management and handling large datasets

  • Strong understanding of test script maintenance and optimization

  • Knowledge of various testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, UAT)

  • Exposure to AI-driven test automation techniques

  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps processes, such as GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps

  • Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)

  • Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for test environments

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve complex problems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in testing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com

  • Familiarity with Salesforce functional workflows and testing

  • Knowledge of advanced test automation frameworks and tools such as Cucumber, Provar, Playwright, Mailosaur, and AI-based tools

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes (Defect Management and Release Management)

  • Knowledge of UML / BPMN business process modeling standards (basic level)

  • Basic SQL skills

  • Passion for continuous learning and developing new technical skills
