Based in our new Sofia office, we are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of the end-to-end game journey, contributing to the creation of top-quality online slot games. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the Studio team to deliver engaging and innovative gaming experiences. 

 

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Ensure that all game clients are working as intended through rigorous, detailed testing.  

  • Verify game functionality on a range of operating systems and mobile devices. 

  • Be the first line of defense in discovering and identifying functionality issues in the game. 

  • Use familiarity with standard QA processes to review bugs, test cases, and create documentation.  

  • Execute test plans for game features and jurisdictional requirements. 

  • Document, maintain, and track the status of all issues in the bug tracking database (JIRA) until issues are resolved.  

  • Utilize debug tools to diagnose, reproduce, and identify issues. 

  • When necessary, reproduce problems to assist software development in resolving issues.  

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of professional software testing experience required. 

  • QA experience in casino slot gaming is a plus. 

  • Mobile device testing experience is a plus. 

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 

  • Strong technical knowledge of computers and mobile devices. 

  • Proficient understanding of software test methodologies/procedures and the overall product development lifecycle. 

  • Ability to juggle a variety of tasks, and work with complex problems. 

  • Experience within a highly collaborative environment working with various disciplines including engineering, design, and art. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA and add-ons). 

  • Results oriented, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. 

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with other team members.
