Internship Overview
We are seeking a University Intern interested in Software Quality Engineering and Test Automation to join our engineering team. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy problem solving, coding, and learning how real world software systems are tested and validated.
No prior professional testing experience is required. We value curiosity, engineering thinking, and willingness to learn over tool expertise.
What You'll Bring:
What You’ll Do
- Learn how to design and execute automated tests for web and API applications
- Assist in writing and maintaining test scripts using Python and/or JavaScript
- Work with modern testing tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Pytest, JMeter, or Locust (training and guidance provided)
- Execute tests, analyze results, and help identify software defects
- Collaborate with developers and test engineers to understand features and test requirements
- Use Git for version control and participate in basic code reviews
- Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows (e.g., Jenkins, Harness)
- Contribute as part of an agile engineering team
Who Should Apply
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Basic programming knowledge in Python and/or JavaScript
- Understanding of core programming concepts (logic, loops, functions, debugging)
- Familiarity with Git or willingness to learn version control
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and a team‑player mindset
