About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who cares about product quality and user experience. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering to ensure everything we ship is reliable, smooth, and bug-free—especially across critical eCommerce flows.

This is a hands-on, in-office role with high ownership and direct impact on user trust and conversion.

What you’ll do

• Design and execute test cases for core eCommerce flows: Product detail pages (PDPs), Cart, checkout, and payments, Order tracking and lifecycle
• Validate content-heavy pages (ingredients, benefits, FAQs, reviews)
• Test consultation flows, assessments, and treatment journeys
• Identify, report, and track bugs using Linear
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory)
• Conduct API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Validate pricing logic, discounts, and coupon flows
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Be part of sprint cycles: stand-ups, planning, releases
• Own QA sign-offs and production validations

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in QA / Software Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Hands-on experience in manual testing
• Familiarity with Linear or similar issue tracking tools
• Understanding of eCommerce workflows (catalog → cart → checkout → order)
• Basic knowledge of API testing
• Working knowledge of SQL / data validation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Good to have

• Exposure to automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium)
• Experience with Shopify or similar platforms
• Understanding of skincare / health domain
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
