We are client centric testing services team that aims at reducing manual testing effort and cycle time by automating your client business scenarios against using client dataset. With simplified process along with customized approach of automation, we support faster application upgrade to latest release with confidence and without capital or headcount cost.
What you will be doing
We are seeking Test Automation resource to join our Testing Services team supporting Clients globally. This role focuses on automating Client UAT business scenarios, managing and supporting Client regression cycles, fixing and optimizing test scripts. As an Automation Engineer or Software Test Analyst, you will take part in executing and monitoring regression runs, design new frameworks/scripts, do root cause analysis and present findings to operations, development and leadership teams, fix test script issues, implement proactive solutions to stabilize and expedite automation suites and thereby improve customer experience. You will also be required to adapt to and learn new/niche tech including AI tools and technology and apply same to boost ground level productivity and efficiency.
