The Opportunity
As part of the Quality Management team you will lead enterprise-wide quality assurance for complex software, SaaS, and cloud projects. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. This role offers the chance to influence technology solutions and enhance operational excellence across diverse projects.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement the quality vision and governance framework
- Work with executives to enhance operational excellence
- Foster a culture that encourages creative problem-solving and teamwork
- Uphold compliance with industry standards and practices
- Monitor project performance and quality metrics to identify areas for enhancement
- Mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience leading quality assurance, test engineering, and quality management functions

- Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering preferred

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
