Our Consulting practice brings together diverse skills, perspectives and experiences to help organisations navigate complexity, adapt to change and deliver lasting outcomes. Within Consulting, our work spans six core skill groups. While each has a distinct focus, they work closely together on complex, real-world problems.
Our Consulting skill groups
Finance, Economics & Analytics
Helping organisations make confident decisions in a complex commercial and regulatory environment. This includes financial and economic modelling, business cases, pricing and cost modelling, regulatory and public policy analysis, and using data to improve outcomes across the public and private sectors.
Digital & Data Transformation
Supporting organisations to turn strategy into action through technology. You’ll help align digital investments to business goals, design future-ready operating models, and enable transformation across people, process and technology.
Transformation, Design & Delivery

This team focuses on people-centred, tech-enabled transformation, designing processes around user needs, supporting technology and broader transformational change, and helping organisations adopt new ways of working to achieve sustained outcomes.
Finance & Operations Transformation
Working with senior leaders to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance, procurement, supply chain and operations functions. This is hands-on, fast-paced work where no two days look the same.
Customer Transformation
Designing better experiences for customers and users. This includes customer strategy, user research, experience design, facilitation, and technology-enabled transformation (often with platforms like Salesforce and Adobe), helping organisations solve complex problems with the customer at the centre.
Management Consulting
Advising leaders on strategy, performance and value creation. This includes areas such as health and wellbeing (Hauora), deals strategy and commercial due diligence, equity and social impact, and workforce and organisational strategy – all focused on helping organisations use their resources more effectively.
