In our Real Estate team, we’re looking for Graduates across Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland and Ōtautahi/Christchurch who will start with us in February 2027.
In our Real Estate Advisory team you will have the opportunity to build a broad foundation of property consultancy experience in a high-impact industry.
Throughout Aotearoa New Zealand, organisations need real estate advisers to ensure they get the most value from their property assets. Now more than ever, real estate is becoming one of the most important considerations our clients have, so forming a strategy around it can yield great results.
Equity in housing and urban regeneration are key challenges that Aotearoa New Zealand is currently working to address. Our Real Estate advisory team plays a key role in this sector, including writing business cases for new developments, completing financial feasibility modelling and consulting on emerging housing solutions, such as build-to-rent and shared home ownership.
When joining our team, you will learn how to manage the entire property lifecycle. This covers a broad range of aspects: identifying property for investment and operational purposes, modelling scenarios, negotiating and transacting acquisitions and disposals, managing leasing arrangements, project and development management, performing risk analysis, reviewing portfolios, and advising on rental reviews.
As part of our team, you will work with corporate, government and institutional investors, tenants or owner-occupiers. You will learn from our industry leaders and build your skills in a crucial industry. As you progress your career at PwC, you will play an important role in making our economy stronger.
If you're looking for a graduate role, this is what you're likely to have studied:
Bachelor of Property
Bachelor of Land and Property Management
Bachelor of Commerce
