The Project Management Leader is essential to the success of the PVS (Pumps, Valves, FGS) business within the IBL (Integrated Business Line) structure. While all functions are designed to support PVS, the Order-to-Remittance (OTR) New Unit (NU) operations have evolved into a specialized and standalone capability tailored to the unique complexity of PVS products.
As a PVS OTR New Unit Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring alignment between pump product strategy and business execution, especially in areas like cost competitiveness, new market adaptation, and lifecycle support—critical for pumps . You'll work closely with engineering, supply chain, finance, and customer teams to Ensure timely project execution to meet customer commitments and support revenue recognition.
As a PVS OTR New Unit Manager, you will be responsible for
• Ensure timely project execution to meet customer commitments and support revenue recognition.
• Balance and prioritize resources across multiple projects and cooperate with all functions to maximize efficiency and throughput
•Improve cost efficiency by optimizing material usage and labor performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication, quality delivery, and effective issue resolution.
Enhance project profitability through scope control, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with PDT LDS in reducing the cost for new markets
Work with Product Development Teams to adapt solutions and reduce costs, enabling competitiveness in emerging markets
Actively support the development of junior team members and peers by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
Serve as a role model and promoter of the GTE (Global Team Engagement) culture, helping to embed company values, drive engagement, and support a positive, inclusive work environment.
Represent the company in local industry associations and professional networks, strengthening external visibility, building partnerships, and staying aligned with market trends and best practices.

Have a solid knowledge of Project Management in Turbomachinery with specificity Centrifugal Pumps.
Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
Have excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of managing multiple priorities/project and teams in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
Having a background in manufacturing, engineering, and industrial setting
Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel internationally.
Act as a self‑starter and leader, able to manage complexity, prioritize effectively, and drive results.
