Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. About the role
The Purchasing Officer is responsible for managing the procurement process for the Food and Beverage category within the hotel. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food and beverage products and services required for the hotel’s operations, ensuring that they meet quality standards and are acquired at competitive prices.
What you will do
Identify and engage suppliers to source necessary goods and services.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best deals.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits to ensure optimal stock levels.
Create and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for reliable service and quality assurance.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide purchasing support.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement. or a similar role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
