Purchasing Intern

Job Summary:

As a Purchasing Intern you will support to the Regional Purchasing Manager in the day-to-day activities related to supplier management and sourcing process.

Main Responsibilities:
● Supporting in organizing the database for all suppliers
● Assisting in the organization of the tenders launches
● Supporting in creating the tender documentation (IT tools)
● Participating at the meetings with suppliers
● Creating reports after each meeting with suppliers
● Organizing the documentation for the PR/PO approval process
● Creating the reports regarding the savings achieved by the team

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent
Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking and synthesis
Good IT skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Passion for automotive industry
Responsibility and commitment
