Purchasing Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW:

职位概述：

Material Planning Coordinator will be responsible for planning/purchasing information maintenance in Oracle; TM Subassembly Job creation; PO requested date adjustment; Supplier information database combination; Monthly MIT

该职位将会负责在 Oracle 系统中维护计划采购相关的信息；负责创建TM半成品工单；根据系统报告修订采购订单的交货时间；根据系统报告核对应该释放订单的物料明细；汇总并核对月度采购提供的MIT的信息；供应商基础信息数据库维护等。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Approved supplier list

批准的供应商清单

• Sourcing Rules

供应来源规则

• Assignment sourcing rule

指定供应来源

• Organization item (Supplier category, MOQ, Processing LT, SPQ, Safetystock, Receipt days tolerance)

料号（供应商、最小订购量、交货周期、最小包装数、安全库存、收货差异天数）

• KB information (QPC, Bins, SS, ROP)

看板信息（看板采购数量、看板卡数、安全库存天数、再订货点）

• Create Subassembly Job of TM

创建TM半成品工单

• Adjust PO requested date based on PO Auto Reschedule Report

根据系统报告“PO Auto Reschedule”调整订单的需求日期

• Tracking actions of buyer for Planned order

与采购核实系统要求的计划采购数量

• Combine Monthly MIT information

汇总并核对月度的在途明细

• Maintenance of basic information database of suppliers, etc

整理汇总建立基础的供应商管理信息

• PCR application for materials issue

物料变更的需求申请提交

• Other assistance tasks required by Buyer/Planner；
• 其他采购计划的辅助工作
• Other tasks assigned by Material & Planning Manager.

其他物料计划部门经理指定的其他任务

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

职位要求：

College degree or above.

职专或大专以上学历

Be good at office software, such as Word. Excel. PowerPoint.

熟练使用Word等办公软件、Excel、演示文稿

Understand the factory production process.

了解工厂生产流程。

Able to work in a fast-paced environment, tolerance for ambiguity.

能够在快节奏的环境中工作，容忍不确定性。

Strong logical thinking and meticulous in work.
