Humana is seeking a part-time Purchasing Coordinator to join the Inclusa team to serve the Wisconsin Family Care (FC) program. In this temporary role, you will be working from approximately March-June 2026. You will be an important resource to associates who work directly with members by assisting with the purchase of Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Disposable Medical Supplies (DMS), Adaptive Aids and Specialized Medical Supplies (SMS). You will be responsible for determining cost-effective options to meet members' needs.
Main Responsibilities-
- Accept, communicate, and document progress of referrals for Durable Medical Equipment/Disposable Medical Supplies and Adaptive Aids with teams, members, and providers.
- Research all applicable options for Durable Medical Equipment/Disposable Medical Supplies and Adaptive aids to guide referral process from start to finish.
- Provide consultation and support of organizational policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain resources and tools to support objectives.
- Participate in trainings, in-services, seminars, webinars to stay up to date with rules/regulations, funding/fee schedules for Durable Medical Equipment/Disposable Medical Supplies and Adaptive Aids.

Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years experience purchasing medical supplies, DME or DMS for the WI Market.
- Two (2) years experience with Matrix and D365
- Reside within the State of Wisconsin
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in Human Services or related field.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, or frail elders within the last 10 years.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$39,000 - $49,400 per year
