MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPEREINCE, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. High school diploma or Equivalent.
2. Must possess current licensure as required by state board where services will be provided:
WV: Pharmacy Technician license OR trainee license through the West Virginia Board of Pharmacy
3. Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician through Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) OR National Healthcareer Association (NHA) or must be obtained prior to temporary license expiration.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Three (3) years of pharmacy related experience in training, leadership, or procurement.

1. Coordinates, completes and monitors the workflow of the Enterprise ordering process for Enterprise facilities and clinics to provide efficient and timely drug distribution.
2. Assist with routine inventory reviews of health system facilities and clinics to provide recommendations on optimized local inventory.
3. Has oversight of drug shortage, expired medication and recall management. Prepares routine Enterprise meetings around drug shortages as agreed to with the Warehouse Manager.
4. Coordinates and performs optimal Inventory management by establishing and maintaining PAR levels, maintaining accurate inventory counts and establishing a perpetual inventory system.
5. Assist the Warehouse Manager with and assignments to provide a high-quality deliverable and meet the warehouse and department goals.
6. Assists in the education and training of new pharmacy team members and students.
7. Conducts and documents new team member departmental orientation and training in the warehouse space..
8. Develops and maintains strong working relationships and customer service with external and internal customers.
9. Work with the Warehouse Manager to completes department work schedule as needed.
10. Assist Warehouse Manager follows to ensure that Warehouse projects completed properly.
11. Identifies and completes projects and initiatives independently or with minimum oversight of management.
12. Contacts, schedules, and meets with manufacturer representatives and accounts payable as needed.
13. Utilizes warehouse software to track workflow and follow up with outstanding team tasks.
14. Works with the warehouse manager to plan and implements daily team huddles for updates, news, and address questions.
15. Conducts and completes new employee warehouse and job specific orientation checklists.
16. Meets with manager and pharmacists to report and identify workflow and staff challenges.
17. Works with the patient access team (to track free patient products) and the business operations finance teams (to resolve cost transfer and or 340B issues) as needed.
18. Completes 340B University On Demand Training and has understanding of 340B.
19. Prepares and educates staff on accreditation guidelines and changes.
20. Attends interdisciplinary healthcare professional meetings and reports findings or issues to manager.
21. Contributes ideas and solutions at team meetings or other assigned committee meetings.
