Job Description:

As a Purchasing Analyst, you will be involved in executing procurement strategies, analyzing purchasing trends, and maintaining supplier relationships. This role falls under the Band BTA level, which means you will be working under direct supervision and following well-defined precedents and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports and assists in executing procurement strategies in team/organization.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Collaborates effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Works under direct supervision and follows well-defined precedents and policies.
  • Develops basic knowledge and skills necessary for current job requirements.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with max. 0–3 years of relevant experience – Excluding Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics (Statistics & Data Analysis)
  • A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Legally eligible to work in Egypt.
  • Prior experience in procurement or a related field is beneficial but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret purchasing trends and data.
  • Having highly developed interpersonal skills like communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate professionally in English, both written and orally, to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Effective working in a matrix organization and multi-level stakeholder management.
  • Having programming/IT basic knowledge.
