The Pump Field Services Manager is responsible for successful installations of all Fiberglass piping related tasks. Oversees all property, personnel and co-ordination of inventory and job operations in the area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and supports all facets of operations to insure all internal processes and daily work requirements are fulfilled each day.
- Manages all installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Understand and oversee Profit/Loss Reports.
- Assist in job action planning with customers on job sites.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings within capabilities.
- Manage and control fiberglass inventories.
- Assists in the processing of orders and expediting open orders.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
- Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Work effectively with other field technicians to ensure quality operations at all times.
- Tie workflow to schedule.
- Produce timely and detailed field reports.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Resolves issues as necessary. Interact with internal and external customers of all levels.
- Follow all company field procedures and protocols.
- Document processes.
- Perform various other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience in composite piping installation
- General understanding of composite piping systems
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse group including customers, managers, contractors and pipeline personnel
- Basic computer/laptop skills
- Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must have current and valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR record at all times
- Ability to work and drive in all weather conditions
- Ability to travel
- Thorough understanding of all company safety and environmental policies and practices
- Ability to think quickly in emergency type of situations on job sites
