Key Responsibilities

  • Architectural Stewardship: Lead the long-term technical roadmap and architectural vision for web applications that utilizes ASP.NET Core and .NET Core, ensuring security, scalability, highe performance all the while aligns with global business objectives.

  • Strategic Cloud Leadership: Define and govern cloud-native standards on AWS, driving best practices for cost-optimization, resilience, and global scalability.

  • AI Strategy & Governance: Oversee the integration of OpenAI API and Semantic Kernel, establishing patterns for ethical AI, safety guardrails, and sustainable AI agent orchestration.

  • Technical Mentorship & Coaching: Serve as a dedicated mentor to senior and mid-level engineers; develop and execute growth plans to elevate the technical bar across the organization.

  • Organizational Influence: Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, mediating complex technical decisions between engineering, product, and executive stakeholders.

  • Champion Engineering Excellence: Establish and enforce elite standards for code quality, apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in system architecture, supervise system integrations (ERP, CRM, third-party APIs and derive test strategy through systematic peer reviews.

  • Systemic Problem Solving: Act as a final escalation point for complex technical issues, providing root cause analysis and structural fixes for enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM).

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4+ years in a formal technical leadership or staff-level role.

  • Proven track record of mentorship: Demonstrated success in coaching engineers into more senior roles and building high-performing technical cultures.

  • Expertise in Clean Architecture & DDD: Ability to not just use these patterns, but to teach them and adapt them to unique enterprise constraints.

  • Mastery in DevOps: Expert-level understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes with the ability to automate workflows and ensure system reliability.

  • Security Advocacy: Solid knowledge in OAuth2, JWT and secure coding with the ability to design "security-first" infrastructure.

  • Technical Development Proficiency: Strong proficiency in C#, REST APIs, microservice and clean architecture. Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures and familiarity with front-end development concepts including jQuery, CSS, and DOM manipulation.

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional ability to translate "deep tech" into business value for non-technical executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading Large-scale Digital Transformation or legacy modernization projects for Fortune 500-level enterprises.

  • Active contributor to the technical community (open source, white papers, or speaking engagements).

  • Advanced AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or Specialty: Machine Learning.

The pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
