1、Be the Project owner of a portfolio of games and as such be the point of contact of HQ Publishing and Marketing team for the Western European team.
Plan the regional team work to track delivery, risks, budgets, and priorities to make sure strategy actually turns into execution.
2、Conduct product analysis and optimization for all titles under regional publishing. Collaborate with local teams to provide insights and adjustment recommendations based on regional user preferences, driving overall product improvement and key metric enhancement.
3、Develop overarching operational strategies for regional product publishing. Formulate localized activities and commercialization initiatives based on regional user preferences to boost user engagement and monetization.
4、Analyze target user groups and product selling points to define core audiences and key features. Collaborate with local marketing teams to formulate effective promotion strategies, dynamically guiding adjustments in community, influencer, and market outreach efforts.
5、Data Analysis and User Research: Leverage metrics from testing/pre-registration/wishlist/acquisition/engagement/retention/monetization to lead team-wide analysis and user studies. Iterate on product modules based on performance data and refine local marketing strategies accordingly.
1、4+ years in publishing either in game operations or marketing, including 2+ years in project management and 1+ years in overseas operations. Experience with end-to-end operation of new or mature products is required.
2、Passion for gaming, with strong product acumen and deep experience in PC/mobile game gameplay.
3、Proficiency in data analysis, with foundational skills in game metrics interpretation.Capacility to do business modelling by factoring different criteria from marketing campaign, user group targetting, to optimize business outcom
4、Understanding of Western culture; prior experience in overseas product operations is preferred.
5、Fluency in English and Chinese for daily communication; experience collaborating with overseas teams is a plus.
6、Ability to work across time zones, with strong communication skills and proven stress management.
7、Diligent, responsible, and open to challenges.
