Northrop Grumman is seeking a Publications Coordinator 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in our Roy, UT facility. This individual will be responsible for various graphic design projects and the programming, printing and packaging requests that vary in size and complexity. This role reports to the Manager of Creative Services.

In this job, you’ll:

  • Support the graphic design team with various jobs.

  • Ensure compliance and consistency to brand style guide standards.

  • Learn and help operate large production copiers, scanners, plotters, punching and binding equipment, paper cutter, photo printer, and laminator.

  • Select appropriate paper and other mediums based on reproduction request.

  • Package finished jobs for customers.

  • Notify customers when job is complete.

  • Coordinate shipment of finished jobs when required.

  • Ensure high-quality products are produced in a timely manner.

  • Serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.

  • Perform minor maintenance on machines when necessary.

  • Keep assigned work area clean and organized.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of experience working in a production/administrative environment.

  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with customers in a professional manner via phone, email and in person.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (i.e., 60 lb cases of paper).

  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

  • Ability to handle confidential proprietary materials.

  • Attention to accuracy and detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe PDF) as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with large print shop equipment a plus.

  • Experience working with the military, defense industry or government a plus.

  • Experience working in a large, matrixed and/or geographically dispersed organization a plus.

Primary Level Salary Range: $57,500.00 - $95,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
