DXC Technology Italy is looking for a Public Sector Business Consultant to be part of Public Services AdvisoryX team
In AdvisoryX we are partnering with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms. We turn our client’s complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Clients to understand business needs and define tailored solutions
Support the design and development of use cases and feasibility studies
Contribute to software selection activities, including market analysis and vendor evaluation
Perform technology benchmarking and comparative analysis
Gather and formalize business and functional requirements
Support business process re-engineering initiatives
Contribute to Change Management activities to ensure successful adoption
Assist in PMO activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics and Mathematics.
Experience in Management Consulting domain (Public Sector)
Knowledge of EU Cohesion Policies and funding programs (e.g. ERDF/FESR, PNRR, ESF+/FSE+, JTF)
Familiarity with systems such as REGIS, OpenCoesione, FSC, SIL, and monitoring of strategic programs
Experience in Data Intelligence and/or AI-related projects
Italian mother tongue and Good English (both oral and written).
The ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability and proficient Italian and English (both oral and written)
