This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.

Your Role:

• Digitizing scanned documents using OCR and ensure data accuracy.
• Analyzing discrepancies and identify root causes across accounting systems.
• Troubleshooting exceptions, duplicates, and rejected items in automated invoice processing.
• Coordinating daily work with Invoice Processing, Helpdesk, Automation, and CI teams.
• Supporting scope expansion by analyzing new vendors and collaborating with RPA Developers.
• Implementing improvements and follow up on corrective actions.
• Providing reports and analysis as needed; support team members with daily tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under time pressure.
• Experience with OCR, automation, RPA, or invoice processing is a plus.
• Proactive, detail‑focused, and collaborative mindset.
