This role is within the EDS segment, and you will be joining that segment as it becomes its own entity, with a rich heritage and proven track record as a global leader in low and high voltage power and signal distribution systems. Our solutions are central to enabling the next generation of electrified, automated, and connected vehicles, and we are committed to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence.
P2P Analyst
Your Role:
- Managing day‑to‑day P2P activities, including invoice processing and vendor support.
- Analyzing invoice statuses and identify causes of blocks or discrepancies.
- Handling tickets in systems such as ServiceNow and follow workflow procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensuring timely ticket closure in line with KPI and SLA requirements.
- Supporting root‑cause analysis and contribute to process improvements.
- Reviewing and validate purchasing documents, ensuring compliance with P2P standards and KYS requirements.
Requirements:
Hard skills:
- Experience in AP / P2P processes or vendor management.
- Understanding of accounting principles and the purchasing document flow.
- Ability to analyze invoices, data, and system errors.
- Knowledge of the Purchase‑to‑Pay process; understanding of KYS basics is an advantage.
- Experience with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong MS Excel skills (filters, sorting, formulas, tables).
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Soft skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication with suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Professional handling of difficult conversations and escalations.
- Strong task prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a high volume of requests.
