PT Infusion Suite Nurse, VT- Evernorth

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled infusion therapy and nursing care, ensuring safe, accurate, and patient-centered treatment.
  • Perform patient assessments, monitor clinical status, and communicate changes promptly to providers and supervisors.
  • Complete all required patient care documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all clinical and organizational policies.
  • Participate in ongoing training, meetings, and patient care conferences to support continuous learning.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and assist with onboarding and supporting fellow nursing and center staff.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong follow-through in all assigned tasks.
  • Support center growth by collaborating with sales and marketing teams when educational involvement is needed.
  • Prioritize personal safety and follow all precautions when handling hazardous medications, blood, or body fluids.
  • Maintain licensure, certifications, and clinical competencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience involving infusion therapy, including venous access and patient assessment.
  • Current CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  • At least 1 year of specialized infusion experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and clinical documentation systems.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 32 - 54 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
