Hourly Pay Range:

$21.08 - $31.62 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will do:

  • The Patient Access Associate Lead is responsible for the daily coordination of subordinate personnel and the services they provide related to check in and checkout. Monitors and ensures the accurate and timely input of patient demographic and insurance information into the appropriate admissions system. Responsible for ensuring department standards are met and excellent customer service in accordance with our GREAT and Planetree values. Provides assistance to staff in resolving issues with procedures, equipment, and/or patients. Performs the duties of a Patient Access Associate. Assist PAA Supervisor with staff member’s scheduling. Responsible for staff QA reviews/competencies.

What you will need:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year office or customer service
