As a Transformation and Solution Partner (TSP), you will engage and partner primarily with People & Culture (P&C) colleagues across all Chapters and business stakeholders globally. Your mission is to govern M&A and transformation data management frameworks with right solution expertise while driving global P&C solution improvements. You will serve as a centre of excellence for transformation ideation, navigating complex business transformations to ensure a seamless partner experience in collaboration with Transformation and Solution Advisor (TSA). You help translate business goals into P&C priorities, leveraging holistic data and historical learning to iterate and improve the overall global transformation flow.
M&A / Transformation Framework Governance: Lead the governance of transformation frameworks to ensure consistency and excellence across global initiatives.
Transformation Solution & Framework Expertise: Provide expert guidance and implementation support for digital transformation tools. Serve as a Centre of Excellence for transformation improvement ideations, capturing historical learnings to further iterate and enhance existing transformation experience.
Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with Business Partners and business leaders of globally-scaled transformations to provide framework consultancy, from preliminary until embedment stages.
Cross P&C Solution Improvement: Drive improvements for the overall global transformation flow, identifying gaps and implementing proactive solutions across the P&C network.Collaborates on complex P&C challenges and demands, connecting with the right P&C chapters to develop an end-to-end solution, determine ownership and drive effective change management.
Continue Improvement: Proactively identifies customer needs or P&C solutions’ gaps, and translates these needs to change requests and builds cross-functional squads to implement continuous improvements within our P&C network.
Collaboration & Innovation: Share best practices for emerging technologies, such as AI-driven org design and job design to build Transformation and solution advisory team knowledge and capability.
You bring the following skills and competencies:
Passion for Change: Deep interest in project management, process improvement, and change management.
Digital Proficiency: Strong expertise in digital solutions like Airtable and Workday, with the ability to lead the transition from manual spreadsheets to integrated technology platforms.
Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Ability to represent the P&C/PSS vision and articulate the strategy and “the why” behind complex transformations.
Agility: Ability to work independently and deliver results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.
Influencing Skills: Exceptional communication, consulting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to coach colleagues and lead without direct authority.
Education: University degree or equivalent, HR preferred.
Experience: Extensive experience (typically 7–8 years) with HR processes, HR shared services, or HR functional expertise, ideally in a global environment.
Transformation Expertise: Proven track record in managing large-scale global transformations and M&A activities.
Languages: Fluent in English required; additional languages are a plus.
Certification: Project management and/or process improvement certification or related experience.
