Position Description:

Serves as an owner of the Large Group Case Installation process, with a particular focus on National Accounts, Public & Labor, PEO and Large group clients 200+ members.  
•    Leads strategic projects that impact Commercial PSS and/or Case Implementation/Installation.  Responsible for leading/managing all aspects of projects such as planning, coordination, development and implementation, and ensuring the end state of a project meets business objectives.
•    Provides technical and subject matter expertise relative to case installation policies and procedures and installation applications/systems tools. Supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs.  Maintains process maps.
•    Influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness and/or systems/quality.
This highly collaborative process will require managing relationships across the segments and multiple functional areas. You will support and provide technical guidance to Plan Sponsor Services.

Fundamental Components

• Partners closely with Implementation and Installation leaders, DDAT staff to respond to business changes and enhancements to develop and deliver timely improvements.

• Partners closely with leaders to insure PSS resources, websites and sharepoints are kept current and up-to-date while insuring appropriate document retention

• Engages in multiple projects driven by the enterprise to support the needs of Case Implementation

• Recommends the best solutions by comparing project needs against known system, coding and process requirements and addressing gaps.

• Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, programs, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization

• Analyzes complex data for root cause analysis and developing recommendations

• Strong written and verbal skills to deliver communications to inform end users of new products, programs and enhancements.

• Provides technical guidance required by the business


Required Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of Aetna health products/benefits, policies and system capabilities is required
  • Solid functional and process knowledge of Case Implementation.
  • 3 years of experience supporting reporting, analytics or automation projects
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of effectively managing projects as well as ability to work and collaborate as a team member.
  • Proven professional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior leaders.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years of collaborating with internal team members and peers in other functional areas
  • Familiarity with using AI, technology and other enhancements to work smarter, not harder.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
