Przedstawiciel Naukowy ( K/M/N)

Przedstawiciel Naukowy ( K/M/N) odpowiada za najwyższy poziom egzekucji strategii GSK w obszarze szczepionek, a także za miesięczne i kwartalne wdrażanie planów/celów biznesowych na podległym terytorium - tak, aby maksymalizować wartość sprzedaży, udział rynkowy oraz świadomość lekarzy na temat oferowanych szczepionek.

Obszar Geograficzny:

Tarnów, Dąbrowa Tarnowska, Mielec, Dębica, Kolbuszowa,

Gorlice, Strzyżów, Krosno, Iwonicz Zdrój.

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Planowanie i przeprowadzanie efektywnych spotkań indywidualnych i grupowych z klientami, w oparciu o systematyczne pogłębianie o nich wiedzy, wdrażanie założeń modelu wizyty sprzedażowej i strategii promocyjnej, w celu maksymalizacji skuteczności przekazu informacji medycznych i kreowania właściwego wizerunku GSK.
• Realizacja celów firmowych poprzez działania informacyjne, promocyjne oraz wnikliwą analizę sytuacji biznesowej w obszarze szczepionek GSK.
• Skuteczne zarządzanie obsługiwanym terytorium poprzez stałą analizę potencjału klientów, uzyskiwanych rezultatów, działalności konkurencji i lokalnych uwarunkowań w celu optymalizacji dotarcia do grupy docelowej, wykorzystania zasobów i czasu pracy dla realizacji założonych celów.
• Rzetelne i terminowe planowanie oraz raportowanie aktywności i wyników oraz aktualizowanie baz danych, zgodnie z wymaganiami GSK.
• Systematyczne aktualizowanie wiedzy o produktach, wynikach badań klinicznych, strategii promocyjnej, regulacjach prawnych i rynku farmaceutycznym oraz podnoszenie umiejętności komunikacyjnych, w celu zapewnienia najwyższej jakości przekazu informacji naukowej dla klientów firmy.
• Skuteczna współpraca z innymi przedstawicielami GSK w zakresie wymiany informacji oraz prowadzenia wspólnych przedsięwzięć na poziomie regionu.

Oczekiwania:

• minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Przedstawiciela Naukowego,
• możliwość wykazania się dotychczasowymi sukcesami w pracy,
• wyższe wykształcenie (kierunki medyczne i pokrewne będą dodatkowym atutem),
• łatwość w nawiązywaniu i podtrzymywaniu kontaktów międzyludzkich,
• samodzielność, sumienność i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy,
• pasja i energia do działania oraz samodoskonalenia,
• myślenie strategiczne oraz wysokie zdolności analityczne,
• nastawienie na ciągłe podnoszenie wiedzy oraz szukanie i wdrażanie rozwiązań, 
• proaktywność,  inicjatywa w działaniu,
• wysoki poziom kultury osobistej i nastawienie na etyczną pracę,
• ważne prawo jazdy kat. B i doświadczenie "za kierownicą",
• preferowane miejsce zamieszkania: Tarnów, Dębica, Mielec, Jasło
• umiejętność obsługi aplikacji MS Office.
• Znajomość języka angielskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 95,250 to PLN 158,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process.
