Prudential wants to offer you an outstanding opportunity to develop through a 10-week internship program in Marketing & Brand. As a storyteller, Prudential’s Marketing & Brand team is at the heart of business strategy, campaign development, and customer obsession. Balancing creativity with customer insights, our Marketing & Brand professionals stay focused on connecting customers with the financial wellness and investment strategies needed to plan for the long-term in an ever-changing world. Our dynamic, collaborative teams help Prudential engage with our ecosystem of stakeholders, curate our experiences, and advocate for the issues that matter to our customers, clients, advisors, and businesses.

Program Dates: Monday, June 1st, 2026 – Friday, August 7th, 2026

What you can expect:

As an intern, you’ll be empowered to make meaningful contributions to organization initiatives, working in multidisciplinary teams alongside researchers, designers, writers, marketers, and developers to deliver world-class, human-centered strategies. You’ll gain hands-on experience in areas such as brand strategy, web activation, or media planning, while collaborating on impactful projects that connect customers with financial wellness strategies. This internship offers the chance to develop your skills, expand your professional network, and add real value in a dynamic, creative environment. The Marketing & Brand internship offers the opportunity to be placed in one of the following areas:  

Brand & Advertising:

The Brand & Advertising team at Prudential is responsible for shaping and amplifying the company’s brand narrative across all consumer touchpoints. We develop award-winning integrated advertising campaigns, manage creative and media partnerships, and act as stewards of the Prudential brand, ensuring brand consistency while driving measurable business impact. Our work combines strategic thinking, creative excellence, and data-driven insights to strengthen Prudential’s position in the marketplace.   • Your day-to-day may include: Contributing to high-impact campaigns by supporting execution across digital, social, and traditional media channels; helping coordinate with top creative agencies and internal teams for asset delivery and approvals; conducting competitive analysis and helping establish creative, efficient ways to disseminate the information to key stakeholders.
  • Help organize and maintain creative assets in internal systems, ensuring brand consistency and accessibility; attend team meetings, take notes, and generate meeting recaps; keep projects on track by assisting with timelines, status updates, and vendor communications.

Media & Sponsorships:

The Media & Sponsorships team manages Prudential’s paid media investments and sponsorship partnerships to drive brand consideration and engagement. We plan and buy across multiple channels—social, TV, programmatic, digital, and custom content programs—while activating sponsorships that connect Prudential with key audiences. Our work combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and creative collaboration to deliver measurable impact.

  • Your day-to-day may include: Supporting cross-channel media planning and buying (social, TV, programmatic, digital) and sponsorship strategy; assisting in building audience-centric strategies to develop paid media experiences that resonate with target segments; participating in publisher and vendor meetings; maintaining updated publisher media kits; assist with custom content programs, coordinating deliverables and tracking timelines; helping manage system inputs, campaign setup, and QA for launches.
  • Maintain and update media flowcharts, budgets, and campaign documentation; support billing, reconciliation, and budget tracking for media and sponsorships; coordinate sponsorship activation deliverables and assist with event support; monitor industry, category, and competitive trends; summarize insights for the team; contribute to reporting, analytics, and internal presentations

What you’ll need:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2026 and May 2028
  • Preferred areas of study: Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, UX Design, Product Development, Audiovisual Communication Technologies, and/or related fields of study
  • Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration

It’d be a plus if you had:

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with digital/social platforms
  • Interest in SEO and AEO (AI Search)
  • Aptitude for analyzing data and drawing creative insights
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with team members
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills

Note: The salary range for this role is $32.00-$34.00/hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
