FLDP is our full-time, rotational program in Corporate Finance, and focuses on developing future leaders by combining on‐the‐job training with formal training classes, special project assignments, mentoring and coaching. As a FLDP Associate, you will find yourself in a line of business or a Corporate Finance function, analyzing data while working side-by-side with other FLDP Associates and business leaders. You are given substantial responsibilities and will have the opportunity to present your newly learned skills to your team during this three-year rotational experience.

Timeline:

What you can expect:
Applying classroom knowledge to support the reconciliation and analysis of financial results
Collaborating with business partners on key deliverables
Analyzing current financial operations and initiate efforts to improve process efficiencies
Assist in special projects, initiatives and ad-hoc report and analysis requests
What you’ll need:
Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating in May 2026
Preferred areas of study: Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, MIS, and/or Operations.
Preferred minimum 3.2 GPA

It’d be a plus if you had:
Strong knowledge in Finance
Proficiency in technical tools, with a particular focus on Excel
Strong ability to adapt to changing environments, think critically to solve problems, collaborate across peer groups and different levels of management
Experience in leading ideas, teams, and initiatives
Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills

Note: The salary range for this role is $67,500 to $74,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
