Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 2 Years of Relevant Experience
MS Office suite, JIRA, and Salesforce experience
It would be great if you also had
Experience with books/publishing is ideal
What will you be doing in this role?
Communicate with key content providers to identify cause of issues, engage internal stakeholders and external providers in solutions as necessary and in a timely manner.
Research and identify contacts as publishing houses and log email details within our database
Send bulk emails and individual emails to publishers with specific requests for missing data
Analyze system data to identify areas where providers can improve data quality and format.
Compare data between internal systems to provide instructions on how to resolve issues.
Educate publishers on our data submission process and assist them with answering questions on FTP use and our products
