About the Role
In this role, you will be the liaison for operational dealings with various healthcare related providers to support AIA business operations in Singapore.Responsibilities:
Evaluate & gather necessary information in order to assess TPA outpatient claims according to policy benefits. Ensure all claims documentation and procedures adhere to company and claims management requirements
Conduct audits on claims processed by TPA to ensure appropriate controls are in place and also support any internal/external audits for the team
Ensure efficient, prompt and fair resolution of escalated complaints
Liaise with other teams on member data & policy setup matters to ensure that the clients visit the panel clinics on cashless basis
Requirements:
Diploma holder
1 year related industry experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
