JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Supervisor to lead our Provider Advocate team and help strengthen the experience of our provider partners. In this role, you will guide a team of high‑performing advocates, ensuring they deliver exceptional service, meet key performance goals, and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our provider groups. You will play a critical part in shaping operational excellence, overseeing quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting the professional growth of your team. Location:

 On-site, Dallas

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Provider Advocate team to consistently meet or exceed performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure providers receive accurate, high‑quality support and service.
  • Facilitate weekly one‑on‑one coaching sessions with each Provider Advocate to provide guidance, performance feedback, and development support.
  • Identify and establish priority focus areas that align with organizational goals and KPI targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation and relationship manager for provider groups partnered with the Provider Advocate program.
  • Prepare and deliver ongoing program performance updates to ensure alignment, visibility, and progress toward KPI achievement.
  • Oversee and maintain knowledge management tools, resources, and automated solutions that support the Provider Advocate role and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate.

Strong Candidates Will:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and build sustainable relationships.
  • Independent and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing tasks and responsibilities.
  • Motivated team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
