Prototype Technician

Responsibilities:

• Operate ASL equipment in:
• - Prototype shop: Leakage Test, Burst Pressure Test Device, Screwing Device...
• - Test Lab: Zwick 29 kN Machine
• Analyse returned air springs from the field:
• - Record failure mode
• - Perform tests
• - Disassemble the springs
• - Create reports
• Customer On-site support for:
• - air spring check
• - tunable spring assembly/disassembly

Qualifications:

• College degree or above in Mechanical manufacture field
• Automotive industry experience is preferred
• Good English in reading and writing
