Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Propulsion ME Industrial Leader (f/m) to join our Propulsion Manufacturing Engineering team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing the next generation Single Aisle propulsion system. As part of the Propulsion ME team, you will be involved in monitoring supplier industrial capabilities aiming at ensuring the manufacturability and quality of propulsion products.

Your challenges :

  • Lead industrial activities in R+T projects to develop new supplier capabilities for engines and nacelles.

  • Monitor product industrialization with suppliers using APQP methodology to ensure manufacturing robustness.

  • Resolve in-service or series production disruptions by managing corrective actions at supplier facilities.

  • Assess manufacturability of product modifications and lead industrial topics during Design Reviews (PDR/CDR).

  • Coordinate with Engineering and Procurement functions to manage complex relationships with major suppliers.

Your boarding pass:

  • 10 years experience in Manufacturing Engineering.

  • Technical expertise: Manufacturing processes, Tolerancing, PFMEA, MRL, and APQP methodology.

  • Experience in aeroengine (turbomachinery) or nacelle manufacture and assembly.

  • Strong understanding of supply chain contractual requirements and negotiation skills.

  • Negotiation level of English is mandatory.
