For our successful Drug Product (DP) focused branch located in Basel and Stein, Switzerland, we have exciting opportunities. This is a temporary position until end of February 2027.

What you will do:
Manage the CPQ database to ensure accurate and timely updates of scope hours and pricing
Analyze and extract system data to support SMEs and Department Heads
Coordinate with SMEs , Head of Department and Technical Sales for the update and built of BTOs
Owner of the annual pricing process., including maintenance of price list used by SMEs, technical sales , PFM, CDs, PMs and Amendment teams.
Provide first level IT and process support for colleagues (DP ang globally) to ensure business continuity
What we are looking for:
Bachelor degree in life science preferred or related disciplines
Very good organizational skills
Supports a culture of process improvement and problem solving Demonstrates an openness to trying new approaches
Plans, prioritizes and organizes work to deliver on time
Willingness to learn and carry out new and complex tasks
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
