Proposal Support Specialist

We are looking for a Proposal Support Specialist to assist with creation and/or collection of case studies and references preparation, pricing integration, and CVs update.

ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant with a passion for sustainability to join our growing Liability Portfolio Management and Remediation Team (LPMR).

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing case studies, archiving and finding references, CV formatting, templates, and standard chapters (leveraging AI tools).
• Support with pricing tool (Microsoft Excel), providing cost table in Client format.

Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• The knowledge of Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch will be considered as plus.
• Strong organizational skills and proactivity
