Proposal Specialist

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a Proposal Specialist that will provide control and document preparation services by preparing the deliverables required for the bidding processes (RFP, RFI or RFQ), providing added value by applying the highest levels of documentation quality. Responsible for updating the document, renaming, publishing, and storing the document and information about the opportunity in the appropriate information storage systems. Owns of all the content during the development of the opportunity until the final delivery and responsible for communicating with the sales and support team what is necessary to achieve the completion of the document for delivery to the client in the specified time.

Responsibilities:

• Work together to deliver customer presentations and solution demonstration, RFPs/RFIs response preparation, defining the application and technical architecture structure to ensure that the products and components work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements.
• Work effectively with sellers and business partners to define deliverable requirements and what is needed in the content to comply with solicitation.
• Research and update, as required, any ICAP information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Microsoft tools and products used by the Support Center as well as cloud based sourcing tools
• Graphic design experience desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-starter and committed to success
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) and local language in assigned geography
• Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Review all RFP content and decipher what information is needed · proofreading with high accuracy · Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional groups to accomplish goals · Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills · Flexibility to work additional hours (afternoon and weekend) as workload requires
