We are adding a Proposal Marketing Associate to our marketing team to support proposals, presentations, and client-facing marketing collateral. This is a remote role, supporting teams primarily on the East Coast.

In this role, you’ll support the development of high-impact proposals and communications that help our teams grow existing and win new clients. The ideal candidate brings AEC marketing experience, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support proposal, SOQ, and presentation development for client pursuits
  • Assist with proposal capture planning, including research, positioning, and schedule coordination
  • Participate in go/no-go discussions, kick-off meetings, and internal proposal reviews
  • Draft and edit proposal content, resumes, and project descriptions
  • Design and format proposal materials using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all proposal and marketing materials
  • Maintain and organize marketing collateral, resumes, project data, and imagery
  • Support BD teams with pursuit-related collateral and client presentations
  • Conduct market, client, and industry research as needed
  • Assist with conferences, sponsorships, award submissions, and coordination of photography/videography

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of professional marketing or proposal experience
  • Experience supporting SOQs and RFP responses in a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • AEC industry experience preferred
