Position Summary
Proposal Manager-IR will be responsible for delivering high‑quality technical support, solution design, and estimation for digital control and building automation systems. The role focuses on addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical challenges, and preparing accurate presales documentation. The engineer will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure seamless support, proper solution alignment, and superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, document, and support technical solutions related to digital controls and building automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve diverse technical problems, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide subject‑matter expertise during presales discussions, technical presentations, and solution evaluations.
- Manage customer complaints, technical queries, and support incidents professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare technical documentation, cost estimations, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and project teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with customer requirements.
- Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, new products, and evolving technologies in building automation.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, standards, and quality requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital controls, building automation systems, or technical presales engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and customer‑interaction skills.
- Experience working with BMS, HVAC controls, digital control platforms, and automation systems preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
