Objective:
To lead and coordinate the preparation of technical and economic proposals for complex national and international tenders. This includes projects involving telecommunications, software, video, and other related technologies for both governmental clients (B2G) and private sectors such as mining and oil & gas (B2B).
Essential Requirements:
Education: Graduated Engineer in Telecommunications, Systems, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in B2B and B2G tender management, with a focus on technology solutions and systems integration. (General experience: +5 years).
Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in public procurement regulations and private sector procurement processes; ability to interpret complex tender documents (pliegos) and structure competitive offers.
Skills: Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and advanced English proficiency (written and oral level +Upper Intermediate / +B2).
