Job Summary

As a Proposal Analyst III, you will plan, organize, and manage several request for proposals (RFPs) of varying complexity, priority, and risk that aid the company in the critical acquisition of new business and retention of current clients.

  • Lead and project manage the RFP process in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment, utilizing your strong project leadership and relationship skills to pull in the correct information and subject matter expertise for RFP questions relating to our business and offered insurance products and services.

  • Develop final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and compelling based on solicitation-specified requirements.

Skills & Background You’ll Need

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred but additional experience in lieu of degree may substitute.

Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience working in group employee benefits from the insurance vendor or broker side of the business.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/Procurement solicitation/sourcing contracts.

  • At least 2 years of stakeholder mgmt. experience with a preference given to those who have provided support to sales teams.

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on a variety of factors including individual and organizational performance.

  • Performance guarantees may be applied to roles with highly incentivized compensation plans for a specified period of time to support a new hire’s transition into the sales incentive plan.

Compensation is made up of a base salary, incentives, and/or other bonuses when applicable. This is a minimum range that can be increased based on performance and sales activity.

Salary Range:

$76,250.00 - $111,500.00
