About the Role
- Issuing quotation to client on rectification/repairing works within tenant units as well as minor building rectification works.
- Following up with contractors on quotations, pricing and time coordination on the rectifications works.
- Updating client on work completions including updates to the system.
- Conduct daily inspections on general cleanliness of the premises and ensure that the cleaning team attend to the findings.
- Conduct inspection and assistance on soft services (Pest control, Cleaning & Landscape)
- Respond to tenants’ emails on issues related to complaints/ feedback,
- renovation/fit-out guidelines as well as permit to work.
- Sending circular emails to tenants on notices & announcements.
- Liaising with client's cluster officers on tenancy related matters for all blocks and providing relevant updates. (e.g.: tenant’s disputes, tenancy, and space issues)
- Preparation of reports as requested by client and C&W.
- Updating of tenancy records & tenant contact list.
- Programming & adjusting air-con for the building.
- Access card programming.
- Familiar with fire protection system – isolation, resetting, etc.
- Conducting vacant unit inspection on site and preparing reports including occupancy rate report and submitting to client monthly.
- Preparing various tenancy documents including Key Collection/Key Return/Pre-Termination Inspection and submitting to client & tenants.
- Conducting and attending unit handovers & takeovers with incoming or outgoing tenants.
- Attending to pre termination inspections of units and advice tenants on the reinstatement guidelines following client requirements.
- Assist and follow up with termination of units and reinstatement works.
- Ensuring all reinstatement and renovation works in units are done in accordance with tenancy agreement and contract requirements.
- Assisting with tenants viewing units (e.g.: locking and unlocking of unit).
- Any other tasks as may be assigned.
