About the role:
Our Development Team have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and strategic Property Marketing Executive to join our team based in Melbourne on a fixed term contract, ending in February 2027.
The Property Marketing Executive will be supporting marketing planning and strategy and driving the tactical delivery of marketing programs across 2 major projects in Victoria. You’ll work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, including the relevant Development Project Teams, Retail Team, Building managers/owners, tenants, retailers, Marketing Services and agency partners to deliver our marketing strategy for both projects, helping to drive sales and leasing momentum. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing campaign briefs, briefing agencies and ongoing relationship management with agency partners.
Budget management and reporting
Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns from inception to implementation, including post-campaign reporting and analytics
Developing events and activations, managing the implementation and delivery.
Management of all marketing channels, with a key focus on digital marketing/social media, eDMs and content creation
Coordination of PR activities with appointed PR agencies
Building relationships with commercial tenants and retailers and providing support as required.
About you:
You will be an enthusiastic marketing professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, you will also have:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, especially in
matrix environments
The ability to operate in an ambiguous and changing environment
A strong client focus and account management focus
Experience in the Property industry is desirable
