We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our world-class property management team. In this role, you will oversee the operations and performance of multiple commercial assets, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and operational excellence. You will be responsible for financial management, tenant engagement, vendor coordination, and the leadership of on-site staff. This position requires a proactive, confident professional who can operate independently while representing ownership with integrity and professionalism.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain world class customer relations with tenants.

  • Manage the coordination, completion and communication efforts in a timely fashion with tenants before, during and after tenant fit ups and any other construction project.

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative of ownership, fostering strong tenant relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.

Property Management / Operations:

  • Lead, mentor, and provide oversight to on-site administrative and engineering staff, promoting accountability, professionalism, and collaboration.

  • Monitor progress and provide continuous feedback regarding performance.

  • Oversee and manage assigned capital expenditure projects from start to completion with a focus on bringing projects in on time and on budget.

  • Manage the property’s operations to maximize performance. Plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the property, utilizing available resources (vendors, engineering staff, etc.).

  • Oversee emergency response training.

  • Support the General Manager with coordination and execution of portfolio‑wide initiatives, including vendor strategy, operational best practices, and process improvements across multiple assets.

  • Act as a resource to on‑site teams at other properties by sharing knowledge, standards, and operational support in alignment with ownership objectives.

Financial / Accounting:

  • Responsible for the preparation and accuracy of annual budgets.

  • Oversee, prepare and execute all monthly financial tasks.

  • Ensure accuracy of the AR and AP processes.

  • Review operating & RE Tax true up’s and pre-bills.

  • Provide supervision and support to the Tenant Coordinator and Financial Coordinator to ensure accuracy of billings and timing of AR collections.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and budgets, ensuring ownership-level accuracy and timely variance explanations.

Lease Administration:

  • Review and approval of lease related payments: progress billing on work orders, check requisitions for tenant allowances, payments of brokerage commissions, approval of feasibility studies for design work requested.

  • Interpret leases and ensure requirements are adhered to.

  • Monitor and complete leasehold improvement allowances per the lease.

  • Work with administration team (lease administrator and property administrator) to ensure current tenant lease profiles are entered into the system accurately.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lease obligations and ensure accurate execution of all financial and operational terms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPM, RPA, or LEED accreditation preferred.

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in commercial property management, including responsibility for multi-tenant assets.

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, including staff coaching and team development.

  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong tenant, vendor, and team relationships.

  • Familiarity with tenant fit-out, construction practices, and completion of capital expenditure projects.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, performance-oriented environment

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. The base salary that is ultimately offered to the successful candidate will consider a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill set. 

 

The expected salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000/year
