About the Role:
Oversee daily property operations for office buildings, including budgeting, reporting, lease administration, and vendor/service contract management.
Monitor financial performance (billing, collections, cash flow, cost recovery, and variance analysis) ensuring smooth and accurate property accounting.
Lead on-site teams, managing staffing, performance, and capability development to maintain high service standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate tenants, owners, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Supervise facilities operations, CAPEX/renovation works, inspections, and compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Property/Facilities Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management with strong exposure to office buildings or commercial towers.
Proven leadership skills with experience overseeing teams, vendors, and service contractors.
Strong understanding of building operations, lease/contract terms, financial reporting, and tenant management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems; able to manage documentation and reporting with high accuracy.
