Property Executive
Job Description Summary
Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Property Executive supports operations across a designated site, building portfolio, or campus environment. The role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, programmes, and workplace service delivery, ensuring that the premises are well-managed and properly maintained.
The Property Executive also places strong emphasis on promptly addressing tenants’ concerns and operational needs, while upholding environmental health and safety standards and quality assurance programmes, in alignment with the client’s goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper handing over and taking over of units.
- Conduct routine site inspections, including monthly night inspections.
- Liaise with and monitor tenants’ fitting-out works to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Perform planned inspections, quality checks, and supervision of employees, sub-contractors, and client-appointed contractors.
- Manage incidents, complaints, breakdowns, and repair works in a timely manner.
- Act as a Competent Person to provide engineering and technical assessments for troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions through service providers.
- Attend promptly to feedback and requests from client staff and tenants.
- Provide 24-hour emergency support and act as the first responder in emergency situations, in accordance with established procedures.
- Carry out periodic (monthly/quarterly) inspections using standard checklists, identify defects or irregularities, and follow up on necessary rectification, reinstatement, or regularisation works.
- Ensure timely renewal of licences and certificates, and submission of required service reports by tenants.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
- Supervise term contractors and service providers to ensure works are carried out satisfactorily and in accordance with the stipulated scope, terms, and SOPs.
- Call and evaluate quotations for ad-hoc and preventive works, and ensure proper execution of works.
- Perform any other duties necessary for the effective operation of the property, as directed by the Supervising Officer (SO).
About the Role
- Assist the Facilities Manager in daily site operations.
- Lead and supervise a team of technician and service providers, ensuring all works comply with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Attend to cases raised by the Client and tenants, including after office hours where required.
- Prepare monthly reports and incident reports for the site(s).
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the assigned properties.
- Manage ad-hoc projects and improvement works.
- Facilitate and support incident investigations when necessary.
About You
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building, or Facilities Management from a recognised institution, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facilities or property management; or
- ITE/NTC in Facilities Management or a related technical discipline (or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (M&E and/or civil/building background preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to manage email correspondence effectively.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and respond effectively in emergency situations.
